Next cycle, they’ll probably disappear.

Yes, particularly for Canada, how “quaint” to fight against the times this way. What government employees who are trying to ‘cut costs’ (read that, get out of work … I have 38 plus years as a government employee, so I am authorized to speak the language) don’t realize is, once you publish the info on line your work goes down tremendously … and that much more responsibility is transferred to the customer … so what about it all the other lag-behind countries?
